Maria Mancini’s Robusto Larga
The Robusto Larga is a medium to full bodied cigar by Maria Mancini. The taste seems to strengthen as it is smoked and throughout it provides classic flavors of a traditional cigar. First of all, I made a mistake with this cigar, I enjoyed it so much that I didn’t stop smoking when I should have. The first and second thirds were mild and medium, but I got deep into this cigar and the flavor turned very strong and then acrid. My fault entirely. Sometimes too much of a good thing is too much! After doing a bit of research, I discovered that Maria Mancini has been producing cigars for decades starting in the mid 80’s. They are purported to be a Cuban-esque style cigar. The price point suggests that they cater to more of a frugal smoker and offer several lines of cigars starting from lower prices to higher.
